Subscription Terms

This document outlines the specific terms and conditions governing your subscription to AIcademio. These terms supplement our general Terms of Service and should be read in conjunction with them. By subscribing to any of our plans, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Subscription Terms.

AIcademio offers the following subscription options: Monthly Plan: • Billed monthly • Full access to all courses and features • Cancel anytime Annual Plan: • Billed annually (save up to 40%) • Full access to all courses and features • Priority customer support • Exclusive member benefits Lifetime Access: • One-time payment • Access to all current courses for as long as we continue to make them available through the Services (“lifetime” refers to the product/Service lifetime, not your lifetime) • VIP support and early access to new features

Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. Billing Cycle: • Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) as displayed at checkout • You will receive a receipt via email for each payment Price Changes: We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. Existing subscribers will be notified at least 30 days before any price increase takes effect.

We may offer free trials to new subscribers. During the free trial: • You will have full access to subscription features • You will not be charged during the trial period • Your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless cancelled Important: To avoid being charged, you must cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the trial period ends.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. When you cancel: • You will retain access until the end of your current billing period • No refunds will be issued for partial periods (except as required by law or as expressly stated below) • Your account will remain active but with limited free-tier access How to cancel: • Log into your account and go to Settings > Subscription • Click "Cancel Subscription" and follow the prompts • You will receive a confirmation email App Store / Third-Party Platform Subscriptions: If you subscribed through Apple App Store, Google Play, or another third-party platform, you may need to cancel through that platform.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee (Direct Purchases): If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial subscription purchase made directly from us (e.g., via our website), subject to the conditions below. Refund Conditions: • Refund requests must be made within 30 days of purchase • Refunds are generally limited to first-time subscribers (one refund per customer/account) • After 30 days, subscription fees are non-refundable and we do not provide prorated refunds, except where required by law • Lifetime access purchases are non-refundable after 30 days, except where required by law • Purchases made through Apple App Store, Google Play, or another third-party platform are subject to that platform’s refund policies, and we may be unable to issue refunds for those purchases How to request a refund: Contact our support team at hello@aicademio.com with your account details and reason for the refund request.

Automatic Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. • Monthly subscriptions renew monthly • Annual subscriptions renew annually • You will be charged using your saved payment method Renewal Reminders: Where available and required, we may send a renewal reminder. This message may include: • Your renewal date • The amount you will be charged • Instructions on how to cancel if desired
